‘Reflection time-out’ comprises political articles, speeches, analyses and documents that offer a virtual record of the debate around the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, in particular on the eve and in the wake of its rejection in France and in the Netherlands (in May and June 2005).
The book is published in the framework of the ‘1000+ discussions for Europe’, a project supported by the ‘Europe 2003’ programme of the European Commission.
